Vendis Capital is a private equity fund focused on small to mid-size branded consumer companies in Europe, with the Benelux and France as its core countries. The fund makes development capital as well as buyout investments. Vendis Capital is the successor-fund of Mitiska, the investment company, which was listed on the Euronext stock exchange until May 2009. The new fund was raised in October 2009 and made its first investment (ZEB) in December 2009. The team currently consists of 5 investment professionals. Vendis has currently €80m under management which should grow to € 120m towards the end of this year.
